About Ryan

Drop me a line!
Ryan Geist is a recent graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC where he studied Business, Organizational Behavior, Vocal Performance and Flip Cup.
He has over three years of experience as a management consultant with Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte, he quickly noticed a breakdown of communication between Generation Y employees and their managers. This led him, and a small group of his peers, to pioneer one of the most innovative and effective inter-generational communications programs in the world.
After almost three years in the corporate world, Ryan grew restless and left Deloitte to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship. He joined his good friend Sam Blum to work on Razume, a startup company funded by Launchbox Digital. Ryan manages marketing, web strategy and product development.
Ryan is now also working as a freelance consultant. He has expertise in the following areas and can help you and your business with: marketing, copywriting, web strategy, product development, corporate communication, project management, talent management, training & development, and saleforce effectiveness.

Hey Ryan,
Love your dirty little secret post. Great to meet you at NSA, all middle-aged authors need a kick ass Gen Y guy who’s got their back.
Lisa
Hey Ryan from Dallas Denise:
Just checked out your website and am impressed. Love your writings, thoughts…particularly on influence. How did New Orleaans go? I need to get on Twitter more. Enjoy the 4th in San Diego? Have a GREAT day and let’s talk soon.
Hey Ryan. Enjoying your thoughts and looking forward to reading more. Side question… do you know what type of camera Keith is using to record the Youtube video that is being posted as part of his tour? Clarity is great. Or perhaps the HD version is what is being embedded.
Hey, I saw you tweeted about my talk at BarCamp. As you seem to be more neutral than others who tweeted, I’d like to hear what you thought of my talk. I’m trying to get unbiased feedback.
